ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: The baby Maximini Chavira was sick with measles and diarrhea. Senora Petra Diaz in need, prayed to the Most Holy Virgin of Guadalupe for relief and she promised a retablo in testimony of health received. Thanks for such a great miracle, I complete my promise.

CONDITION: Poor with many rust spots.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Senora Lina Hernandez offers this retablo to the Virgin of Guadalupe of the Grass because she(The Virgin) sent a cure to the chickens which were very sick, and in gratitude I complete this promise.

CONDITION: Very good, no rust or paint flaking.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Juan Ramires daughter had a very bad fever and she didn't know what to do, so she prayed in the little chapel, and implored the Sacred Heart of Jesus for complete health, and it happened that the Lord answered her prayers.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Senor Epigmenio Maldonado found himself and his family sick because of the change in temperature. Feeling very bad he asked with all his heart to the Virgin of Guadalupe, that is worshiped in Loma Alta, for health for his children and wife Silveria Chavira and his sons Angel, Antonio, Vicente and Beatriz Maldonado. And for them all getting back their health we dedicate this retablo.

AGE: Dated17 May 1927
CONDITION: Very good.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Someone's brother faces a firing squad of soldiers. So the sister prays and then makes this ex-voto saying " I give thanks to God my Lord for the intercession of Our Lady of the Rosary of Talpa for saving the life of my brother. May 17, 1927". (This ex-voto was made during the so called “Cristero War” in Mexico when the Government was trying to destroy the power of the Catholic Church.)
